A 50% deposit must accompany your application, along with a post-dated cheque dated for July 1,for the Final Balance. After July 1, payment in full is due with all applications. Booth requests will be held for no more than 7 days without a deposit. Booth confirmations will be emailed to you upon receipt of deposit.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made in writing. Full refunds will be granted prior to July 1st, less a $175 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after July 1st deadline. No sub-leasing of exhibit space is permitted without prior written consent.

Note - For rental of furnishings over and above your basic booth (i.e. tables, carpet, chairs etc.), Exhibitors will receive order forms approximately 6 weeks prior to the show dates in the E-kit.POWER is not provided in booth. We do provide FREE WIFI for the whole building!
